To All,

It is my pleasure to announce to all that the club was granted a full "Certificate of Occupancy for the clubs new 6000 sq. ft addition. Under construction since the ground breaking on Nov 1993 the building received a temporary C/O last year. The final push this year by just about every club member has resulted in today's final event!

We can now look forward to 30 more years of layout construction!

To all who have not been to the club recently please take a day and stop by. There is a lot happening and everyone is welcome to come participate! A special thanks goes to John Morris, Paul Preuss, Rich Cornel, Joe Marateo for the hundreds of hours these people gave to getting the job done! My thanks also goes out to the hundreds of others who gave their time, money and expertise to getting this project from drawing board to completion!

I would also like to thank Mr. Paul Mallery without who's vision we might never have had the chance to be part of something so special. I would like to thank my Board of Directors for their never ending energy! Finally in closing I would like to thank Linda Borzek my girlfriend without who's support I would never had the time and the moral support to keep going when it got really tough and the end seemed so far away!
